If you’re in a larger group, you can go for Canter Safaris. These vehicles can hold up to 20 people and offer a unique park perspective. They’re great for group outings!

Best Times for Safari:

Morning safaris are the way to go if you want to see animals in their most active state. They kick off around 6:30 AM, and the cooler temperatures make it a more enjoyable experience.

For those who prefer afternoons, we’ve got you covered too! Afternoon safaris start at 2:30 PM and allow you to observe animals as they head towards watering holes. Plus, the lighting is perfect for capturing some amazing pictures. 

The park is closed during the monsoon season, as heavy rains make the terrain challenging and allow the ecosystem to rejuvenate. Safari slots are limited and in high demand, especially during peak season. Book your safaris and accommodations well in advance.

Padam Talao is the largest and the most beautiful of all the water bodies in Ranthambore National Park in Rajasthan, India. Since the word ‘Padam’ also referred to a lotus the lake was appropriately named after the lotus flowers that bloomed in it. 

It is a major water source for the animals in the park and is also a serene eye-catching area that displays the beauty of the park. Thus, due to the view of the famous Ranthambore Fort on one side and the peaceful water body which has been reflecting the topographical features around the place, this lake site is quite famous.

Raj Bagh Ruins is an important and interesting site located within the premises of the Ranthambore National Park of Rajasthan, India. They are still believed to have been a section of a royal design that was used as a hunting domain or a relaxation palace for the Jaipur Maharajas. 

Around the ruins themselves, the vestiges of the palace and pavilions, which were used by the royal families, who previously used it as temporary shelter while on hunting parties. The scenery in the jungle and with the ruins is perfect for taking photos.

Jogi Mahal

An example of the fine combination of the site’s historical and archaeological significance with natural patterns is Jogi Mahal, a historic lodge in the territory of Ranthambore National Park in Rajasthan, India. The historic building of Jogi Mahal was built by the Jaipur Maharajas in the first instance as a hunting lodge. 

Originally, constructed as a hunting lodge for the Maharajas and their quests during hunting trips in farther regions of Ranthambore jungles. The Jogi Mahal surrounding is a beautiful view of the forest and Padam Talao, the largest lake within the Ranthambore National Park. 

The place is quiet and the best for viewing the animals. As we have already mentioned, Jogi Mahal is one of the fantastic locations in Ranthambore to spot the tigers.
